Apple strudel is the typical Trentino dessert that brings with it all the mountain scents and flavors of the Ladin tradition.
Ingredients for 8-10 people
Roll out, with the help of a rolling pin, the puff pastry to a thickness of 2-3 mm, giving it a rectangular shape. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs in the center, along the entire length. In the meantime, peel the apples, remove the core, cut them in half and finally into thin slices. Add the pine nuts, sultanas, sugar and cinnamon. Lay the apples on the pastry, then close it by stretching the two longer sides, brushing well with the egg.
Close the ends and brush all the Strudel. Bake at 175 ° for 35-40 minutes and the cake is served.
