Prices

Any offers promoted by Hotel Ladinia cannot be combined with each other.
Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2,50 per person per night, from 14 years of age and for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

Rooms

All our rooms are non-smoking, we kindly ask guests to follow the regulations.

Animals

Sorry, but by company policy, pets are not allowed, not even small ones.

Meals

In order to ensure a carefree stay, we will be grateful if you indicate in advance any food intolerance or preference.
Breakfast Plus stays begin with breakfast on the day after arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
Gourmet Board Plus stays begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
Uneaten meals are not deducted from the cost of the stay.
Room service can be requested with an extra fee of € 10,00 per person.

Discounts & Additional Charges

Reductions applied with two people paying full price:
- 6-11 years -50%
- From 12 years -30%
Family rooms have established price.
Supplement of 70% for double room single use in Sella, Vael and Gardeccia category.

Check-In And Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 pm onwards. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in our store, park your car conveniently in our car park and take the whole day to enjoy your holiday in Fassa Valley.
Early check-in: you can check in from 8:30 am for a supplement of € 40,00 per person (including breakfast) or € 30,00 per person (excluding breakfast). Upon request and subject to availability.
Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm.
Check-out by 10:30 am. If you want to enjoy the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in our storage and your car in our parking, then leave in the evening.
Late check-out: you can leave by 6:00 pm for a supplement of € 40,00 per person (using the room) or € 30,00 per person (not using the room). Afternoon snack and Spa Ondina are included. Upon request and subject to availability.
In case of late arrival or early departure will be charged the cost of the entire booked stay, as provided for in European law.

Booking Confirmation

The booking is considered to be confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us and the deposit of 30% of the total amount has been paid. Payment methods:

Cancellation Of A Booking

Any cancellation must be made by email.
Standard cancellation
– In case of cancellation within 21 days from the arrival the deposit will be frozen for a stay of equal or greater duration to be taken within the following 12 months.
– In case of cancellation from 21 to 4 days from the arrival the deposit will be retained as compensation.
– In case of cancellation from 3 days up to arrival, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Flexible cancellation
– In case of cancellation within 14 days from the arrival the deposit will be frozen for a stay of equal or greater duration to be taken within the following 12 months.
– In case of cancellation from 14 to 4 days from the arrival the deposit will be retained as compensation.
– In case of cancellation from 3 days up to arrival, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Payment Methods

The balance can be paid in hotel in cash within the limits of the law, bank cheque, debit or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
